Sleep is an integral part of healthy living. Yet, an estimated 50 to 70 million Americans are affected by chronic sleep disorders that can significantly diminish their health, safety and quality of life. The International Classification of Sleep Disorders distinguishes more than 80 different diagnostic categories of sleep disorders, most of which are marked by excessive daytime sleepiness, difficulty initiating and maintaining sleep, or abnormal movements, behaviors, and sensations during sleep.

If you suspect that you have a sleep-related disorder, please contact us for an initial consultation or ask your primary care provider or specialist to refer you to one of our facilities. Office visits for initial consultations, clinical examinations, PAP device setup and delivery, and follow-up appointments are scheduled during normal business hours -  Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

In the event that your physician refers you to our sleep clinic, your physician will need to complete the patient referral form and fax it to our office, along with your demographic data, a copy of your insurance card(s) and clinical notes. Once the documents are reviewed and the sleep study approved by our Medical Director, we will contact you to schedule a sleep study at your convenience. Overnight sleep studies are scheduled each night of the week with limited exceptions. Generally, test results are available within one week of the sleep study.

With the wealth of treatment options currently available, a good night’s sleep is within reach……Make an appointment today!
